Delivery and Returns
Van Leersum prides itself on offering customers a level of customer service that equals the quality of our collection and it is in our best interest to offer you a mail order service that complements our business.
Shipments are available to Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and France. Each parcel we dispatch is sent by courier and is insured.
Our delivery charges:
Delivery is within 2-5 working days if the article is in stock. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation.
If your parcel is larger and more fragile, an appointment will be made by telephone with you in advance to coordinate the delivery date.
Returning a product/order can be very quick and easy, the steps below are shown:
1. Send an email to with your return notification. In the return notification, you indicate exactly what you want to return.
2. Upon receipt of your return notification, a return e-mail will be sent to you from the MyParcel return service.
3. Open the mail and press Print your return label.
4. Enter your email and pay.
5. After payment you will receive an email with the return label. Stick the label on the package and deliver it to a Post location as soon as possible.
The condition is that the item is unused, unassembled, undamaged and that the item is still in the original packaging. The return costs are for your own account. You must return the item well packaged because of the fragility of our products.
